Is this a gift? We will wrap it for you at no extra charge! We use a simple white box with our special Pamplemousse bow. Just make your request in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' comment box during checkout.

 
 

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped by USPS.

If your order is urgent, please call 248.449.5176 to request USPS Express Mail, a flat-rate charge of $19.95 will be added to your order, for arrival 1-2 business days after shipment. Orders must be received by noon to go Express.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

To our loyal Northville area customers, Tuesday is 'free delivery day!' To avoid paying any shipping, we will deliver within a 10 mile radius of Main & Center Street. Place your phone order before 5:00 PM Mondays and we will deliver Tuesday! It's also our chance to say Hi and Thanks!

Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 5 days after you receive your purchase. Please call us (248.449.5176) and we will give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. That number should be included with the unopened merchandise along with the original receipt/packing slip, in original packaging, with any free gifts or promotions included. No returns are accepted on opened product. The sender must pay all shipping charges. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order, less original shipping charge.

Please make sure items are well protected and packed well. If possible use the same packaging that was used when we shipped to you. We can only issue a refund after receiving the item in resalable condition.

Sale items are Final Sale—sorry, no returns.

Please make sure you like the scents and colors you are buying, as we cannot accept returns on skin care, body products, fragrances or cosmetics.

Privacy Policy
